I successfully made my first lemon meringue pie today. Yum! It doesn't look exactly like this picture, but I forgot to take a picture of it before I put the tin foil on. You can find the recipe here. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to make.
I met up with some friends for lunch and then had them over to the house for a bit. Now, I am relaxing and enjoying a fierce mid-day thunderstorm.
