I am not sure if I expect any of you to check out this site, but I guess my hope is that someone out there may come across Jordan's story and help find some justice in his case.

I grew up with Jordan and his family. We attended the same small baptist church together since we were in elementary school. Jordan was on a full-ride athletic scholarship and was going into the medical field. In 2002 he was accused of performing nonconsenusual oral sex on a women. Currently, Jordan is serving a 10 year sentence.

Taken from the website:
At the sentence hearing Judge Dillard told Jordan:
"...it's very obvious that you're very intelligent, remarkably mature, considering in comparing to the other people I see in this courtroom. You actually have a bright future before you...I'm not of the opinion that you are a sexual predator, and if i had my choice, you would not be going to prison...I don't know that you even need very much help, because I view this as something that was done in a moment of weakness and lack of thought that happens hundreds or thousands of times a year in a college community."
Then he sentenced Jordan to 10 years in prison.

After reading about this case and learning that there is no link between Jordan's DNA and this girl, it is absolutely absurd to me that Jordan is in jail. I could go on, but if you are at all interested, please visit his website.

Hey Erica! It's fun to read your blog every once in a while to see all of the crazy things you've been up to. (I guess you never know how many crazy people are out there reading about what you've been up to.) We're all getting so old but it somehow still feels like high school just ended. My 3rd year anniversary is August 28- which is coincidentally the 4th year anniversary of Jordan being in prison. His imprisonment brings up so many different emotions out of me that it's about impossible to describe my thoughts on it. Thanks for reading the website and posting the link. More importantly, thanks for believing in him- not that it's difficult given who he is and the obvious and fairly simple facts of the case. Again, it's awesome to see your enthusiasm for life and your marriage. Keep it up! Jason
