A moment of happiness from the proud teacher. Our school is one of 9 in the state that showed significant academic improvement and were removed from the Title 1 School Improvement list. This is a pretty big feat for our school.
This week I was reassured that as hard as it is working in a Title 1 school, it sure is rewarding. Plus, who else receives about 50 hugs in one day?

congrats!! i know you work really hard, and it's always nice to see the results!
I'm sure if the report could have, it would have said, "And special kudos to Mrs. Heddings!"
